One of the reasons we love Hillcrest Villa so much is because it gives us the opportunity to enjoy full condo facilities at a MUCH lower cost to comparable condo projects. Some condos we looked at were literally half the size and twice the price!
Given the location, we thought this was a great deal when we bought it. And because we’re selling it for no profit (after all the costs we’ve incurred), you get to enjoy pretty much the same deal.
